How to report a problem
Contact us by phone or email with a description, photographs and your project reference. The next step is arranged according to the issue and warranty terms; response arrangements are confirmed for the specific case.
Quote and specification
The written quote lists materials, equipment, work, the RSD price, tax treatment and exclusions. Drawings and the agreed layout description form the basis for production.
Contract and schedule
Before signing, you receive the contracting party’s details, payment terms, schedule and responsibilities. Design changes and their impact on cost or timing are confirmed in writing.
Approvals and handover
Check the approvals and technical documentation required for your plot and intended use. At handover, you receive the agreed instructions, warranty terms and equipment documentation.
