We position and connect the modules, complete the agreed junctions and review the specified items. External connections and commissioning follow the responsibilities defined in the quote.
Land use and planning requirements
Check the applicable planning documents and procedures for the plot with the local authority and a qualified designer. A catalogue model does not replace the design and documentation required for your location.
Ground and foundations
Slope, ground composition, drainage and building position influence foundation design. Site investigations and the foundation solution are determined by the relevant professionals for the actual ground conditions.
Access and infrastructure
Check power, water, drainage and delivery access. Send us the location and photographs so we can assess transport constraints before you settle on building dimensions.
